Easy Smoked Trout Pâté recipe
Another simple pâté that’s perfect for lazy lunches – just serve with warm crusty bread. There isn’t even any cooking involved!
Ingredients:
125g smoked trout
100g cream cheese
2 tsp. horseradish cream
Juice of ½ lemon
1 tbsp. chopped dill
Directions:
Crumble the trout into a blender.
Add the cream cheese, horseradish, lemon juice and chopped dill.
Blitz until smooth
Cover and then put into the fridge for at least one hour before serving.
